Facials

For dry skin

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 – 2 tablespoons full cream milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix the two ingredients well.

  2. Apply to freshly cleaned face and massage gently for a full minute.

  3. Leave on for 15 minutes.

  4. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.

For normal to oily skin

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 large carrots; cooked and mashed

  • 4 ½ tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Stir ingredients together.

  2. Apply to freshly cleaned face – do not massage in – and leave on for 10 minutes.

  3. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.

For normal to dry skin

Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop up carrot and microwave until soft.

  2. Using blender mix carrots, avocado and olive oil.

  3. Apply to the face.

  4. Leave on for 15 minutes.

  5. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
